OTS (Operator Training Simulator)

Operator Training Simulator (OTS) consists of a second independent copy of the ADMS system operating with simulation programs instead of scan tasks. The OTS application allows the instructor to maintain multiple copies of the database for training purposes.  It also has the ability to simutaneously execute multiple scripts to simulate various network conditions.

Mobile Crew

The Mobile Crew application provides field crews with instant access to their work assignments, via a tablet or laptop browser.

Mobile users can view and update, jobs, tickets and outage cases. Operations and dispatch teams can improve decision-making through visibility into real-time service status. Utility management benefits from lower field service costs, while improving restoration times and customer service.

The web-based Mobile Crew can be operated even in areas without wireless coverage. Once back online, information is automatically synchronized with SurvalentONE OMS, providing control room staff with the latest information.

PDS (Project Development System)

The Project Development System (PDS) gives SurvalentONE users the ability to design, test, and approve proposed changes to their ADMS environment before publishing them to the production system.  PDS allows you to easily establish an efficient, quality assurance process for vetting and approving development work before it goes live in your production environment, eliminating potential sources of error, and maximizing system reliability.
Key Features:
  • ADMS tools for editing, visualizing, and operating the system are available in an offline environment
  • Advanced reservation system for managing changes
  • Revision history showing all database and display edits
  • Dedicated PDS Server—single or dual-redundant* operation
  • PDS can receive real-time updates from the production system with the Data Forwarding* application
  • Full integration with the GIS import process – changes are tracked, logged, and available for audit reporting
  • Easy installation and setup
  • *Additional license required.

Benefits:
  • Potential issues in the production environment are mitigated since testing is done in the offline environment
  • Clear, demonstrable separation of development and production activities
  • Streamlined workflow, as multiple users can work simultaneously within the PDS
  • Ease of collaboration and information sharing
  • Improved team efficiency and productivity
